Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy
At Deals by Craig, we strive to provide exceptional value with our limited-inventory products. Due to the nature of our offerings, we have a streamlined policy to address any issues:
Returns
We do not accept returns for any items. Please make your selections carefully, as all sales are final.
Damages and issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or dead on arrival (DOA), please inspect it immediately and contact us within 3 days of delivery. You can reach us at craig@dealsbycraig.com or via our Contact Us page.
When contacting us, please provide:
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Photos of the damaged or defective item.
We’ll evaluate your claim and determine the appropriate resolution.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange damaged or defective items for the same product if it is still in stock.
- Contact us at craig@dealsbycraig.com or via our Contact Us page within 3 days of the delivery date for your order.
- Provide a description and photo of the damaged item for review.
- If approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning the damaged item and receiving a replacement.
Please note: Exchanges are only possible if the item is still available in stock.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
- The damaged or defective item cannot be exchanged due to being out of stock.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
Important Notes
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not meet the criteria for damage or defect.
